How can they be scrawnier than someone from a third world country but look in pristine health?

Why don't they get haircuts?

Why do they act poor when they are rich, with a trust fund or similar?

Why must they live at the corner of yuppie and gritty?

Why do they call themselves artists and musicians rather than hipsters?

Why do they all read the same books?

Why do they make a show of reading in public, as if making a statement?

If hipsters fall, does anyone care?

Why do they consider themselves music connoisseurs, but are cryptic in what they listen to?

Do they get a discount on black rimmed glasses?

Do they get a discount on those tight slim jeans, the ones that are like denim tights?

Why do they spend so much money clothes that will make them look like they are bought at a thrift store?

Why are they first in line to get the IPHONES?

How come they never have cell phone manners?

How come they use words too big for them to lift?

Why must they always use the word epic to describe things they like?

Why can't they be more descriptive than saying, "Going to shows"?

Why do they stand in line to get into trendy bars that pretend to be dive bars?

Why are hipsters so predictable?

Hilarious!
What really caught my attention was the word "epic." I actually never liked the epic genre. But that's an aside, not relevant to what you have to say about hipsters. Incidentally, using the word "epic" in a positive sense even if one doesn't like the genre (and I'll bet anything most people don't) is absurd, too.

funny, guy. At the risk of oversimplifying, I would note that hipsters tend to fall within a certain age range. Within this age range, some guys go different ways to compensate for what they are lacking in: essentially - a life. Hipsters are like children, or vain women, who endlessly try to draw attention to themselves. Ironically, every pose denotes an inadequacy in just that feature: for eg., if they purport to be an artist or musician, they are invariably devoid of that specific talent, such as aesthetics, imagination, or musical intuition. In short, hipsters are soulless invertebrates. Hipsters are just one subset of dysfunctional groups. From a Freudian standpoint, the hipsters are largely suspect as inadequate homunculi.
